to the Boston Theological Institute

The
offices of the Boston Theological Institute are on the campus
of Andover Newton Theological School, 210 Herrick Road, Newton
Centre, Massachusetts. The BTI is located in Sturtevant Hall
1st and 2nd floors (197 Herrick Road).

Directions:
1)
From Interstate 95 (Route 128) - Take the route
9 exit (to Boston and Brookline).
Travel east to the Parker Street exit (about 2 miles). Make
the exit, bearing right, and then make a left turn onto Parker
Street, crossing over route 9 heading toward Newton Center.
Travel about ½ mile and take a right onto Braemore Street,
just before crossing over the trolley tracks. (If you miss this
turn, see below.) Take a right again in one block onto Herrick
Road and head up Institution Hill to the Andover Newton campus.
Sturtevant Hall is the second large red brick building on your
right, across from the main entrance into Trask Library. Parking
is available behind the building or "above" the building.
The BTI is on the first and second floors.

If coming on Centre Street (up from the Charles
River and Cambridge) or if coming from Boston or Chestnut Hill
on Beacon Street (or if you missed the turn onto Braemore noted
above): Turn onto Union Street, keeping the Fleet Bank (easily
visible) on your left. (Union Street is off of Beacon Street
just east of, or on a diagonal from, the intersection of Beacon
and Centre Streets.) Bear right over the trolley tracks and
up the Hill on Herrick Road. Sturtevant Hall is the second large
red brick building on your right, across from the main entrance
into Trask Library. Parking is available behind the building
or "above" the building. The BTI is on the first and
second floors.
3)
If coming by Trolley: Take the Green Line, "D"
train, to Newton Centre. Walk "west" or to Herrick
Road. Walk up Institution Hill (about 10 minutes). Sturtevant
Hall is the second large red brick building on your right, across
from the main entrance into Trask Library. Parking is available
behind the building or "above" the building. The BTI
is on the first and second floors.
