Student Funding Application

How to Apply for Funding: Applications are to be submitted upon the student’s acceptance to a conference, or have other confirmation of activity in hand. Please fill out this application and send it to the BTI office (btioffice@bostontheological.org). Funding will be approved prior to the event/conference, and issued as reimbursement for approved expenses submitted with receipts not more than 1 month after the event/conference ends.

 Applications for up to $200 for a domestic conference and $300 for an international conference will be considered. Other requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Funding is allocated on a first come, first served basis, beginning July 1 for the upcoming academic year (the BTI uses the fiscal year of July 1 - June 30).
